What a great time we had in Alaska! We finally got the pictures developed and on the web site. Though we still have one roll left in the camera and should soon be getting that developed since it's been 5 months already since the trip!

This is a memorial to all the climber's who have died on Mt. McKinley. Their bodies have never been recovered. |

We were in Alaska during prime Salmon spawning season. These people were fishing in Shipp Creek in Anchorage. |
We spent about an hour at Lake Hood, the largest seaplane port in the world. We really got a kick out watching them take off and land. |
This structure was at the Alaskan Heritage Center in Anchorage. This particular building is a replica of a traditional meeting center of a native clan. |
Our first morning in Anchorage we thought it would be a good idea to take a sightseeing trolley tour of the city to get our bearings. It was well worth it. |
Here we are in Wasilla, home of the Iditarod race headquarters and museum. |
In the summer you can take a sled dog ride at the Iditarod HQ. |
